The Corporate Special Event Network has become a specialist at producing large scale corporate Harry Potter theme events.  This included the spectacular “Welcome to Hogwarts” theme event that was held in Thomas FX Studio for over 400 VIP guests of a large law firm and their children.  The “Welcome to Hogwarts” event was nominated by the Canadian Special Events Industry, in the category of Best Corporate Entertainment Event in Canada for 2003. The Corporate Special Event Network also produced a spectacular “Christmas at Hogwarts” theme event in 2005 for over 500 of a large technology company’s employees and their children plus two sold out “Tribute to Hogwarts” stage shows for Science World at the Telus Show Theatre.

The Harry Potter theme events would include some of the following components:

• Specialty Harry Potter themed entertainment including roving Harry Potter characters, games and craft coordinators, caricature artist and an incredible wizard magician that will leave the guests spellbound with his humour, magic and wizardry.
  
  
• Incredible Harry Porter theme décor which includes everything from an amazing Hogwarts Castle  entrance with faux iron gates with crows incorporated, faux stone pillars, authentic old black lampposts and  last but not least, an amazing life like 6’ tall Harry Potter statue.

1. Specialty designed breakfast and lunch menus. 
2. Specially designed magical illusions to be included in the grand finale of the 45 minute stage show i.e. latest Harry Potter book magically appears in a birdcage which Harry the bird occupied a split second before.
3. Photographer to take pictures and video.
